Kettle Sings 7th Oct

Dubious as the wind well off to south, so waited for ages on the HG launch, once off (on PG) in fact it was really nice easy soaring. Surprised no one else there. Didn't leave with first thermal (mistake), and the sky looked superb. Then it went blue and got away in a weak one, nearly down but scraped along to Acton Beauchamp in another weak thermal. Short but very pleasant for October. DaveT
