Surprisingly pleasant soaring by Beacon standards, but no thermals coming up the hill. Flew out about a mile to the glasshouses and got a small climb to 2000ASL, but so slow, so went forward and landed about 2 miles in front of the hill. Nice hot walk back in summery conditions, but the drive home showed lots of raining Cu-Nims everywhere else.
